Golf Club Rules

• ALL RM Club member's reservations are done after the LogIn at the top right of the page.

  NB: After selecting "book tee time" from the Golfers menu Do NOT use the "Public Bookings" button for membership rounds, since this is for the public booking rounds only and you will be charged at the course for the round.

• You may reserve one round per day.
• You may play as many rounds as you like through the season
• You can cancel up to 24 hours before your round.
• Weather cancellations less than 24 hours in advance - Cancel your tee time online and give a reason for the cancellation. This will automatically be emailed to cancellations@reservationmasters.com. There is no charge to rain cancellation.
  For any other reason you will be charged unless the membership spot is used by another member.
• Your membership card must be signed on the back
• You must present your membership card at the proshop. If you forget it at home or lose it you will be expected to pay the full green fee at the course.
• If your card is lost, we will deactivate it and replace it in timely fashion.
  • You will not be able to play as a member until you have your new card.
  • You are responsible for any rounds played on your card prior to notifying us of it's loss.
• Memberships are non-transferable
• Advance Booking varies at each course. In some cases, RM Golf Club Members are permitted to book one or two days in advance of green fee players. 10-round package holders are permitted three day advance bookings at all courses.
• You may play at any RM Club course. At least 50% of your rounds must be played in your home region.
• Power carts are included in RM Club Green Fees where carts are mandatory
